2 cups cake flour2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda½ cup cocoa powder3 eggs½ teaspoon salt2 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 can condensed milk ½ cup oil¼ cup hot chocolate mixed with 1 cup boiling water.
Sift all the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl add your eggs, condensed milk, vanilla essence, oil and whisk together. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and gradually pour your hot chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour into a medium sized round cake tin. Always grease the cake tin before pouring the cake mix. For the topping I mixed 1 fresh cream and a big slab Cadbury dairy milk chocolate together also add some coco powder for a darker color and some icing sugar for sweetness. If the mixture is to thick you can add some milk to make it weak. Once the cake cooled down pour the Ganache over and decorate as you like.
