INGREDIENTS
3 lemons/limes
1 cup sugar
1l boiling water
METHOD
Use a potato peeler to peel the yellow part of the
lemons. Try not to get the white part. Put all peels
into a dish with the sugar and water. Mix until all
sugar is dissolved. Leave to soak till water turns
yellow. Squeeze lemons until all juice is out.
Strain water mixture out and add lemon juice. Serve
ice cold and enjoy.
INFO & TIPS
Pour juice into ice lolly moulds and freeze to make
a refreshing ice lolly.
