INGREDIENTS
Store bought beetroot wrapsFresh rocket leavesMayonnaiseBaby plum tomatoesSkinny sour cream fries
Chicken-2 large chicken fillets (cut into small cubes)1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon ground garlic1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon oil
METHOD
1. Heat oil in a pot. Add chicken, spices, garlic and lemon and cook till done.2. Cut out mini rounds from each wrap.3. Wash rocket. Slice tomatoes in halves.4. Slightly warm the rounds, then gently fold it half. 5. Then place rocket, tomatoes, chicken, fries and drizzle of mayonnaise in each.
