3 big potatoes small cubes
1 onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red chilli
cheese sauce :
3 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoon butter
milk as required
1 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoon Tabascos sauce / blitz 1 frsh jalapeno
¼ cup tomato salsa
add potatoes in a Pyrex . cover with cling completely and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes .
in a pan add some oil , garlic and finely chopped onion and braise on medium for 2 minutes , add the microwaved potatoes as well as the taco seasoning and red chili and fry until potatoes are crisp .
In the meantime add butter and flour to the pot allow flour to dissolve in butter , add milk little at the time make a running sauce , add the cheese and salsa simmer .
plate the potatoes , pour sauce over , garnish with dhania (coriander) and jalapeno
