INGREDIENTS
6 cups flour 3 teaspoon salt12 teaspoon sugar 2 eggs leave little for brushing ¼ cup oil + 3 tablespoon 2 tablespoon milk powder 1 full tablespoon yeast
METHOD
Bind dough with warm water. Knead a soft pliable dough. Cover and keep to aside to rise. Once it’s double in size. Grease a tray with oil. Roll the dough in big roti size but thicker. Once rolled brush with egg 🥚 sprinkle tal (sesame seeds) and cover with a cloth and again allow to rise for 1 hour or 2 hours. I left mine for 1 and ½ hour. It depends upon the weather. Once rised bake in the oven on 180 degrees till golden brown. After baked brush with ghee (Clarified butter) and cover with a cloth allow to cool. And enjoy 😉 with paya (trotters) and gravies.
