INGREDIENTS
1½ cups flour ½ cup milk warm½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon sugar ½ teaspoon yeast ¼ cup water if needed
METHOD
Knead above. Add water if necessary. Make a soft dough. Rise 1 hour. Divide into 8 balls. Roll out a little. Put 2 tablespoon cheese and few slices of green chillies. Close ball. Roll abit thin not too thick. Brush garlic butter fry on hot tawa. Brush other side with melted butter. Serve warm
