125g soft butter or margarine½ cup castor sugar½ cup mazinaFew drops peppermint essenceFew drops vanillaMix well togetherAdd Handful of crushed pecans Or almondsLittle crushed cornflakesBeat mix wellAdd -+- 1 ¼ cup flour Mix divide the dough into 2 parts Tint 1 part with a few drops of green Colour mix well so it well colored in a light minty colourNow flatten the dough Cover it with the other plain doughMould into long thick 2 cm Place in refrigerator for few minutesSlice in 1 cm Place the two toned slices on a greased traySitck a green chopped glazed cherryBake at 180* at 15-20 minutesWhen done Whilst hot roll it in castor sugar Enjoy
