1 and ½ kg fruit3 cups sugar 1 and ½ cups water 2 cups vinegar 2 taj sticks 2 cloves Few strands of saffron½ cup crushed chili flakes ½ cup Methi (Fenugreek) masala 2 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon thill (sesame seeds) (optional)Cut fruit into smaller pieces.Make a sticky syrup with the water, sugar, taj sticks, cloves, saffron and vinegar.When done and still hot add to your fruit. After about 10 minutes mix in your chili flakes and Methi (Fenugreek) masala.
