25 mangoes peeled and cutAdd in 4 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala Salt and chilli powder and arad (Turmeric).Mix well.
In a pot mix3 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) 3 tablespoon flour 1 cup water 2 cups vinegar Boil.Add in 2 cups sugar and 500g golden syrup. Mix well.Add to mangoes.
Make wagaar:Curry leaves Chopped garlicChopped chillies OilWhole jeeru (cumin) Sesame seeds
Toss all together. Recipe can be used for carrot atchaar as well
