INGREDIENTS
1 packet kilm milk powder ½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)¾ cup milk1 cup water 1&½ cup sugar 2 cup thick mango pulp ( I use fresh mango plus)½ teaspoon cardamom powder Pinch of orange food colour 2 drops mango essence.Silver leaf (varkh) optional Or silvered almond for decorate.
METHOD
In a chopper machine add milk powder and little milk and grind well ( this called Karnka)Boil sugar and water to make thick syrup add mango pulp and allow to boil for another 5 minutes then add Karnka and boil for another 5-7 minutes until mixturs is thickRemove from heat add cardamom powder, essence and food colour mix well and pour into a greased tray.Let it cool completely then decorate with silver leaf varkh or silvered almond.Enjoy
