12 large mangoes peeled and grated Place in dish Add 1-2 teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon tumeric (tumeric) Salt to taste 1 ½ teaspoon vinegar Mix all together Add 1Tblsp crushed garlic on top Of the grated mangoes
Seperately In a pot Make wagaar with +-1/2cup oil 1Tblsp mustard seeds Few curry leaves When oil is hot and mustard seeds Have spluttered Pour this wagaar over garlic so that the garlic sizzles. Mix all together Cool and bottle keep in fridge. Enjoy 😋
