2 cups cubed mangoes1 banana sliced¼ cup vanilla yoghurt @lancewood.co.zaHoney to taste 2 cups low fat milk (adjust)I used 1.5% Low Fat Bonnita Long Life MilkChia seeds
Add cubed mangoes, sliced bananas & yoghurt to a blender and blend until smooth. Next add in enough milk to your desired consistency. Sweeten with honey to taste. Serve chilled. Top each glass with chia seeds. Enjoy
