1 ½ cup fresh mango purée 1 cup fresh cream1 teaspoon gelatin 2-3 tablespoon water 5-6 tablespoon icing sugar Few drops of mango essence Few drops of yellow color ¼ cup chopped almonds ½ cup chopped mango 4 chum chum chopped (optional)4 malai sandwich/ rasgulla chopped (optional)Pistachios for garnish
METHOD
Take fresh cream in a chilled bowl and whip it to soft peaks.Then add Mango Puree and fold it gently.Sprinkle gelatin over water and let it bloom. Make warm in microwave for 10 seconds. Let it cool. Now add icing sugar,mango essence,yellow color,chopped almonds , chopped mango ,chum chum & rasgulla. Mix well. Now lastly add gelatin and gently fold in mango cream. Pour into serving bowl. Garnish with chopped pistachio and rose buds. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours. Serve chilled. Enjoy 😊 #Mubinarecipes
