Mango Mousse

INGREDIENTS

2 cups mango pulp250ml fresh creamCondensed milk to tasteIcing sugar

METHOD

Beat the fresh cream till stiff. Remove ⅓ cream, add incing sugar to taste and leave aside.To the 2/3 cream, add 1 ½ cup mango pulp and condensed milk to sweeten. Mix lightly.Divide mixture into cups.Top with the ½ cup remaining pulp..Pipe the ⅓ cream with icing sugar over the mango pulp to decorate.Top with mint leaf to deco.Set in the fridge.Serve chilled.
