Rocky Road Lotus Mousse
Adapted from the Rocky Road Mousse
Whip 1 cup fresh cream. Add 1 tin Caramel treat, 1 big nestle cream and beat until combinedFold in some melted lotus spread
Chop the following up and fold into the above mixture ½ pack lotus biscuits 100 g chopped pecan 1 slab aero chocolate 1 snickers chocolate1 Lunchbar chocolate1 crunchie chocolate
(Reserve a little of the pecans, aero, snickers and lunchbar for decorating) Decorate with a small dusting of pecans, aero, snickers and lunchbar Drizzle melted lotus spread over to decorate.
