Chocolate Milo Mousse

INGREDIENTS

2.5 cups Milk 3 tablespoon Milo 2 tablespoon cocoa3 tablespoon custard powder Half cup sugar Half cup milk 1 small tin dessert cream *chocolate or additional dessert cream to decorate

METHOD

Bring milk, milo and cocoa to a boil.
Mix custard half cup milk with custard powder and to boiling milk and milo mixture.
Allow to thicken and keep mixing whilst on stove.
Move from stove and whisk in small tin dessert cream.
Pour and set in dessert bowls.
Decorate as desired
