- Robot peppers - 1 of each - julienne- +- 2 or 3 long ripe mangoes - slightly firm ; peel & cut into strips.- 1 pineapple - cut into strips- red onion rings- few thin slices of red/green apple Dressing: - 4 or 5 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce- salt, pepper, chilli powder & mustard powder to taste- 3 tablespoon olive oil- 3 tablespoon white vinegar - +- ¾ can Appletiser (well chilled)
Mix julienne peppers, mangoes & pineapple in a salad bowl. Slice a few red onion rings & arrange over the salad. Allow to chill. Just before serving cut thin slices of apple* with the peel & arrange over the salad. Before serving add Appletiser to the dressing & stir gently. Pour dressing liberally over the salad & serve.
