Batter:200g Butter200g good quality dark chocolate1 cup granulated sugar3 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ cup cocoa powder⅓ cup flourA few toasted, chopped almonds (optional)
Sauce:A slab of chocolate A tablespoon of butter. ¼ cup fresh cream 1 teaspoon milo1 teaspoon cocoa1 teaspoon coffee ¼ boiling water
Brownies:Lightly grease your brownie machine.Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, add vanilla essence. In a separate bowl, melt butter and chocolate.Add chocolate and butter mixture to eggs and sugar. Lightly stir the mixture. Now sift in flour and cocoa.Fold in gently.Bake for about 10 minutes. Test for a clean skewer.
Sauce: melt chocolate and butter. Add fresh cream and keep it on low heat. In a bowl mix milo, cocoa and coffee, dissolve with boiling water. Pour into chocolate and fresh cream mixture. Once it's all well dissolved and warm, pour over brownies. Sprinkle toasted almonds over brownies, and serve hot! 🍫♥️
