1 & ¼ cup cake flour ¾ cup sugar 4 tablespoons cocoa powder2 & ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt⅓ cup chopped pecans nuts80g chopped dairy milk1 egg⅓ cup oil¾ cup milk Mix all your dry ingredients together. Then add in chocolate and nuts. In a seperate jug whisk liquids together then mix into dry ingredients. Pour into a greased pan or pyrex and bake for 25 minutes. Don't overbake or brownie will be dry. Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
