1 packet filo pastry (cut to fit baking tray.)Clarified butter100g of each Walnuts/ pistachios.Pulse nuts coarsely in food processor then add 1 teaspoon of cinammon and 3 tablespoon of sugar. Mix.
Make syrup with1cup water1cup sugar½ cup honey1 cinammon stick.
Bring to boil,then reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes. Remove and keep at room temperarure.
Brush a deep baking tray with melted butter.

Use a sharp knife and cut as desired.Bake in oven 180C gas mark 4 for 40 - 50mins until golden.
Immediately after removing from oven pour the cold syrup. Sprinkle each piece with ground nuts.Leave for at least 4hrs before serving.Enjoy
