1kg prawns with shell cleaned and butterflied Marinate in:1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper1 tablespoon lemon juiceCrushed garlic 2 teaspoon ground green chillies Marinate and grill
Sauce:125g butter2 teaspoon crushed garlic Lemon juice 2 teaspoon chilli powder3 tablespoon mayo250ml fresh cream Boil add to cooked prawns Garnish with greens
