3 tablespoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter)1 small chopped or grated onion (optional) 2 tuj (cinnamon stick) 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)Let it heat up Add1 Full tablespoon ginger garlic pasteAdd10-12 loin chopsLet it simmer as soon as it changes colourAdd ½ teaspoon dhana jeera mix1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder1 teaspoon paprika Let spices blend in Now add2 tablespoon tomato pureeLet it all cook till chops are soft and gravy is like a bit dryAdd 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce and I tablespoon Prego or any steers sauces Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serving suggestionServe with Potato wedges or veges or cheesy spagetti..
