METHOD
Braise 1 chopped onion till pink then add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste....1 teaspoon green chillies paste....1 teaspoon salt....1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder....½ teaspoon tumeric powder....braise well....then add 1 grated tomatoes with little water...then add your chicken piece and cook till chicken is done....then take 2 tablespoon chana flour mix with 1 cup water and add to the chicken till chicken gravy be cums little thick...then add 1 tin coconut milk and mix well and cook for 2 minutes...if the gravy is too thick can add more water....chicken is done...boil spaghetti with water salt and little oil.....fry samoosa pur and crush....fry garlic slices....chopped fresh dhania (coriander)....set in bowl 1st add spaghetti then add chicken gravy on top then add samoosa pur and fried garlic and garnish wit dhania (coriander) leaves
