1 bunch spinach washed & drainedChop and set aside
Chop 1 onion 🧅 and sauté in oil till golden.Add:2 medium tomatoes liquidized 1 teaspoon @sujees_masala peri peri masala 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder¼ teaspoon tumeric
Cook masala for about 7 minutesThen add in spinach and cook on low till done.

Cut green beans fine, cut carrots and small potato cubes.
Chop 1 onion 🧅 and sauté in oil till golden.Add:2 medium tomatoes liquidized 1 teaspoon @sujees_masala peri peri masala 1 teaspoon fine red chilli powder1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder¼ teaspoon tumeric
Add veggies and water and cook on low. Once veggies are done and potatoes are soft add 2 tablespoons double cream yogurt. Serve with Mielie meal roti.

1 cup mielie meal2 cups cake flour1 1⁄2 to salt2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter)Hot tap water to make dough.
Mix all ingredients. Make dough with hot tap water. Knead well. Roll round, not thin and cook with ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) on tawa. Makes 4 small rotis.
