INGREDIENTS
250g plain plain flour120g butter100g icing sugar150g dessicated coconut 4 tablespoon cold water
METHOD
Rub together butter and flour Mix remaining ingredients make soft dough Roll into 6mm thick roundsCut with a round cutter . Place in muffin tins or tart cases Bake till golden brown
INFO & TIPS
Can add custard on the base top with strawberries and pipe whipping cream on top with choc shaving or strawberries
