INGREDIENTS
350ml Cake Flour2 Level teaspoon Baking Powder5 teaspoon Cocoa Powder1 teaspoon Coffee, (granules) 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence2 Eggs¾ Cup Sugar1Cup Boiling Water, (add the cocoa, coffee) ¼ Cup Oil---------------------------------------------------------- Chocolate Vermicilli Sprinkes for topping or any Sprinkles you prefer.... 1x Tin Caramel
METHOD
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients mix well.Pour into a pyrex dish, smeared with oil in the inside & bake in microwave oven for 7-8 minutes on high, with Clingwrap covered. *Depends on the microwave, can also bake for 6 minutes*.Cool for 10 minutes before toppingwith Caramel & Chocolate Vermicilli Sprinkles. Lovely for lunch box treats😊😊😊
INFO & TIPS
Prick the Clingwrap with tiny holes
on top before you bake it, this method keeps the cake moist.
