1 Punnet Mushrooms finely chopped
1 Finely chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Pepper Corns
1 Cup Cream
1 and a half Teaspoon of Bisto
Sauté mushrooms and onion and peppercorns in
Add ½ cup cream and boil.
Add 1 and a half teaspoon of Bisto mixed with the
balance of the cup of cream and serve.
