INGREDIENTS
2 large green apples chopped with peelRemove the apple core.1/2cup sugar1 litre waterLiquidize and strain
2 medium lemons with peel, chop and deseed½ cup sugar 1 litre waterLiquidize and strain into above mixture.
Pulp from 4 passionfuit½ cup sugar1 litre waterLiquidize and strain into same mixture.
1 cup passion fruit cordialPulp from one passionfruit2 drops green gel colouring
METHOD
Mix everything together and freeze untill nice and cold.Add some ice in your jug or glasses,pour the juice and place slices of lemon 🍋 on top.
