INGREDIENTS
2 cups self raising flourApproximately 250ml waterPinch of SaltOlive oilPizza topping of your choice
METHOD
Mix flour and salt together.Add enough water and mix together to make a smooth elastic dough.Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes.
Drizzle some olive oil into a large non-stick, ovenproof frying pan and put on a medium heat stove plate.Place the dough into the pan and stretch to cover the base.Place topping on pizza and keep on stove for 5 minutes or until the base starts to crisp up.Transfer to oven for 10 minutes or until golden and puffed up.
