INGREDIENTS
2 large patatoes (if the patatoes are small then add the amount that will make 2 large)Coriander 3 tablespoon Pepper (preferably Green chop in small cubes)Herbs Salt to taste1 teaspoon Chilli powder½ teaspoon fine black pepper1 ¼ cup of Grated cheese¾ cup Cream style corn 3 tablespoon Corn flouroilBread crumbsFlour
METHOD
1) Boil Patatoes and make into Mash2) place all ingredients into mash dont forget to add the cheese. (You can add any spice of your own to make it more spicy) .Do not add the Corn flour, oil and Flour now. 3) Mix Nicely the mash, then add Corn flour Leave aside 4) Now separately Mix in a bowl Flour and Water to make a thin paste. Lastly dip the balls in a thin paste and roll in bread crumbs.When dipping the balls in paste dip hands in oil. Allow To rest for 30 minutes in fridge before frying.
Lastly fry in Oil till Red
