INGREDIENTS
½ kg fillet strips2 tablespoons butter1 onion Salt Ginger garlic 1 tablespoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 tomatoes Spinach1 Punnet mushrooms 2 Carrots
METHOD
Braise onion in butter.Add fillets, salt and ginger garlic .Cook for 5 minutes and add chilli and turmeric powders.Mix in chopped veggies and stir well.Cook on medium heat till done.
