I used the Steam Pot And 1 Can Sugar Beans with brine
METHOD
Boil 1 Cup Sugar beans or use the can Boil 500g Samp (use the Instant pack)In a pot add 3Tblsp oil or ghee (Clarified butter)Add 1 Large grated onionBraise with 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) ,1Cinnamon stick ,3-4 whole Black peppers, 2Cloves 1small Aniseed Curry leaves and green chilliAllow to braise Add 1kg cut up Boney Beef Cubes (Or Mutton )Add 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste ½ teaspoon crushed garlicLet the meat braise well with the whole spices about 15 minutesAdd masalas 1Tblsp Kashmiri Chilli powder1 tablespoon Kashmiri Masala1 teaspoon Tumeric 1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera powderBraise Add 2 Grated TomatoAllow to cook wellAdd 2cups water for meats to soften Once soft Add1 can Sugar beans OR 1cup Boiled Sugar beans with it's brineAllow it to mix well with the meats Add Boiled SampAdjust Salt and Chilli Cook till well blended add Worcestershire sauce and Tomato sauce Let the curry be Slight gravy not dry Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Enjoy😋
