INGREDIENTS
2 medium pineapples gratedDrain water completely cook with 60g butter
Syrup½ tin condensed milk½ cup water¾ teaspoon egg yellow colouringI used saffron powder1 ½ -2 cups sugarBoil the above together
3-4 cups coconut.I used fresh grated coconut
METHOD
Once pineapple mixture cooks and dries remove from the stove and put in a dish. Then add the syrup. Add in coconut gradually. Mixing after each cup. Mixture must not get hard.
I set in moulds and sprinkled fresh coconut over.You can Sprinkle coloured badaam.
