125g Soft Butter2 tablespoon Oil¾ Cup SugarBeat well till light and FluffyAdd 2 Eggs ( Beat One at a Time)1 teaspoon Vanilla½ teaspoon Almond Essence+- 1 teaspoon Red Food colouring¼ cup Cocoa PowderBeat and MixAdd ¼ Cups finely Crushed Pecans (Optional) 2 cups Dessicated Coconut2 full teaspoon Baking PowderMix wellGradually Add +- 2 Cups FlourMix wellFlatten it thinly in a large Greased Tray (or you can roll out dough and cut shapes) Scrape with fork Cut through with Knive the squaresBefore BakingBake First for 10 minutesGrate Milky Bar Chocolate or any Chocolate Over the SquaresPut tray back in Oven and Complete baking for another 12 minutes. Or until doneWhilst hot cut the knife through the cut squares again so it will be easy to remove from the tray. Optional (Pipe melted Chocolate over the grated Chocolate Squates) And decorate with sparkling dust
