3 Pieces chicken fillet dicedSalt to taste 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon tandoori masala2-3 teaspoon chilli powder (depending on level of heat you want)A pinch of ground black pepper
Cook in 5 tablespoon oil for 7 minutes.
METHOD
In it add:
CornCapsicum (diced)Half onion (diced)2 tablespoon tomato sauce 4 tablespoon steers hot peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon Jimmy's hot sauce 1 tablespoon jalapeno sauce1 tablespoon garlic sauce 2 tablespoon chilli sauce 1 tablespoon crystal sauce
(If you dont have all the sauces you can put whatever you want)
COOK TILL DONE.
Then add: 1 cup grated cheddar cheese and mix.
Fill and roll croissants. Egg wash and sprinkle parsley over. Bake on 180° till golden brown.
