INGREDIENTS
1 cup White Fragrant Rice or your brand you like..½ teaspoon Tumeric powder2 teaspoon butter2 teaspoon lemon juice½ onion, chopped½ green pepper & red pepper chopped..3 teaspoon oil1 teaspoon garlic paste¼ cup mixed vegetables¼ teaspoon lemon pepper spice¼ teaspoon paprika1:4 teaspoon fisherman’s spice¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) spice Sprinkle of sugar,add this lastly when served..Or you can add any spice you have in your cupboard👍
METHOD
Cook your rice on stove & add the tumeric powder with 3 cups boiling water. Cook until soft & set it aside.In a medium size pot add the oil & onion , green & red pepper & cook for 4 minutes.Add your wash & cleaned mixed vegetables to the onion mixture.Cook for few minutes .Then add in your spices & cook for 5 minutes or more.Switch the stove off add the butter & lemon juice & mix well.Serve with fish or steak & corn 🌽 & salsa or beetroot on the side🌹🇵🇸
