Dough3 cups flour1 tablespoon sugarPinch of salt1 packet dry yeastQuarter teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg, mixed spice.Half tblsn oilMix together with 1 cup of warm milkKneadBrush oil in bowl. Put dough in. Cover and leave to rise for an hour.Punch down and roll out into a square-ish shape. Dough must not be too thick. Spread filling
FillingHalf cup butter softenedHalf cup sugar2 tspns cinnamonQuarter teaspoon nutmeg, mixed spice and a pinch of ginger powder.Make paste and spread over dough.Roll into a long roll and cut.Spray a pan and put the rolls in. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes on 160
Glaze2 tblspns icing sugar1 tablespoon warm milk.Mix togetherWhip half tub of cream and add to mixtureDrizzle or add dollops
