Simply best ever recipe I tried evn better than the previous one I posted
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk 2 eggs room temp ⅓ cup butter room temp 4 cups flour ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup sugar1 packet active dry yeast ( I use the purple packet)
Filling :1 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons cinnamon ⅓ cup of soft butter
Frosting:4 oz cream cheese ¼ cup butter softened 1 ½ cup icing sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla ⅛ salt
Optional :
Chopped nuts of your choise
METHOD
Sieve the flour into large mixing bowlAdd the salt ,sugar and dry yeast In a microwave bowl heat the milk & butter till warmAdd to the flour mixture Add the two beaten eggs Mix into a soft dough Cover and set aside for 1 hour till dough raises double in bulk
Hear oven 170C
Remove dough from dish and roll into a rectangle Smear soft butter over the rolled out doing Mix cinnamon with brown sugar and spread over butter on dough I then add chopped nuts Roll up into a Swiss roll but not to tight Cut into 12 equal pieces Place on top of oven tray
Place in heated oven and bake for 15/20 minutes
Remove leave aside for about 5 minutes
Mix the cream cheese. sugar.butter ,vanilla essence and salt together till smooth and creamy
Scoop over the Cinnabons Sprinkle with nuts Enjoy
