INGREDIENTS
I used the Arabic dough recipe but made a few changes with the filling.
METHOD
Filling1 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons white sugar100grm melted butter2 tablespoons cinnamon powder. Mix the above till a moist mixture. Divide dough into 2 pieces roll out each piece and spread half the filing on the one and the nxt half on the other rolled out dough. Roll up. Tightly and then cut into equal size piece. Frm the popular Arabic recipe I got 13 pieces. Bake in a moderate 180deg oven for 30 minutes.
Leave a little space in btw balls to spread as they bake.Glaze for cinnabons1cup icing sugar 2 tablespoon melted butter 2 tablespoons soft cream cheese and 2 tablespoons lukewarm milk. Beat until smooth spread over baked Cinnabon and decorate with chopped pecan nuts. Absolutely devine.
