INGREDIENTS
For the cinnabons:
5 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
½ Cup Sugar
125g butter
1 packet Instant Yeast (10g)
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Water
For the caramel sauce:
100g Milky Bar
1 small tin nestle cream
half tin caramel treat
METHOD
For the Cinnabons
Sift Flour, add salt,sugar & yeast.Warm the milk,water and butter on stove and let it coolAdd eggs to the milk mixture and whisk
Make dough add more milk if requiredKnead and cover the dough with Cling Wrap and leave to rise for 2 hours or until double in size
Punch down and divide into 5 balls, Roll into Oblong shape and brush with melted butterSprinkle little bit of cinnamon (taj powder),brown sugar and chopped pecansRoll up like a Swiss rollSlice rounds and place flat on baking pan which has been covered with baking paperLeave to rise for 15 minutesBake on 180 degrees for 15 minutes
For the Sauce:Remove from oven Cool slightly and pour or drizzle caramel sauce over And sprinkle chopped roasted pecans
Melt the milky bar and whisk in the nestle cream and caramel treat
Pour over your cinnabons
