INGREDIENTS
2 cups cake flour¾ teaspoon baking soda½ cup milk¾ cup sugar1 egg½ cup vegetable oil1 teaspoon Robertson vanilla essence½ cup unsweetened coco powder1 cup natural yogurt¾ cup chocolate chipsSprinkle ¼ cup chocolate chip and chopped walnuts on top.
METHOD
In a large bowl, combine the flour, coco powder,sugar, sugar baking soda, chocolate chips set aside.In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk,vegetable oil, yougurt and vanilla essence and pour into the chocolate mixture, blend until smooth no lumps.Prepare muffin tray and pour just above the halfway mark. Evenly distribute the chocolate chip and chopped walnuts in the 12 muffin mixtures.
Bake these at 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes until skewer comes out clean.
