(250ml) 1 Cup Cake Flour, sifted(250ml) 1 Cup Sugar (add less, optional), (45ml) 3x tablespoon Cocoa(15ml) 3 teaspoon Baking powder Pinch of salt2x Beaten Eggs250ml Boiling Water½ teaspoon Vanilla essence(62.5ml) ¼ Cup Oil¼ Cup chocolate chips¼ Cup Icing for sprinkling
Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl. Then beat the eggs, sugar, oil.... Until light & fluffy, add the boiling water then add rest of all the ingredients. Mix well & add the mixture ¾ full in the muffin cups. Bake 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes Depending on your oven... Decorate... Dust with some Icing
