INGREDIENTS
250g butter
1 cup golden syrup
2 egg
¾ cup chopped nuts
¾ cup chopped chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 ¼ cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bi carb
METHOD
1. Beat together butter and golden syrup
2. Add the egg and mix well
3. Add chopped nuts, chocolate and essence
4. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well
5. Drop batter into small cone cups and bake at
180° for 15-20 minutes.
6. Cool and coat with melted chocolate.
7. Sprinkle chopped nuts and gold dust or dust
icing sugar.
