Jelly: • 500ml Water • ¼ cup Sugar • 1 teaspoon Falooda/agar agar (falooda powder) powder • Pinch of Cardamom powder • ¼ teaspoon Rose water • ¼ teaspoon Red colouring • 1 tablespoon Rose syrup • Tukmuria (sabja seeds) Milkshake: • 1l Milk • 6 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream • 2 tablespoon ground Almonds • ½ tablespoon ground Pistachios • ¼ cup sugar (optional) • 2-4 tablespoon Rose syrup • Pinch of Cardamom powder
1. Jelly: Add water, sugar and falooda powder to a sauce pan,bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Set aside to cool before refrigerating until set.2. Soak tukmuria seeds in water for 10-15 minutes. 3. Blend all the milkshake ingredients together.4. Grate the set jelly and drain the tukmuria, add to chilled glasses, pour milkshake, top with ice-cream/whipped cream/rose whipped cream, drizzle rose syrup, garnish with rose petals, pistachios and almonds. Serve. 🍽️
INFO & TIPS
1. Rose whipped cream: whip 1 cup Fresh Cream till stiff peaks, add 2 tblsp Rose syrup and beat until combined.( don't over whip)
