Jelly500ml water2 teaspoon agar powderHalf a cup of sugarRose syrup to color Boil and set the jelly
Vermicelli Half a cup fine vermicelli Cook in half cup water with 1 teaspoon elachee powder and ¼ cup sugarAdd 1 tablespoon condense Set aside
Sabja or basil seedSoak 3 tablespoon in 1 cup of water add 2 tablespoon rose syrup as well Set aside till it swells up
Make rose milkshake Milk Vanilla ice cream2 tablespoon klim or nido2 tablespoon condense Enough rose syrup to color and sweeten. Blend till smoothGood quality vanilla ice creamSpray fresh creamRose petals to decorate
METHOD
Individual cups1.Break up some of the set jelly add to bottom of cup.2.Add some vermicelli3.Add 1 tablespoon soaked sabja seeds4. Now put a large scoop of vanilla ice cream5.Top up with rose milkshake6.Spray cream, some jelly and more seeds. Decorate with rose petals.
