1 cup gram/chana flour ⅓ cup water 1 tablespoon green chilli paste1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon salt 3 teaspoons sugar¼ teaspoon citric acid (use lemon juice if you don't have)1 sachet ENO
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter, EXCEPT ENO. Just before pouring into steamer/cooker plate, add ENO and mix well. Steam for 10 minutes. Once cooled, cut into diamonds/squares Garnish with coriander and wagaar with mustard seeds and oil and a pinch of asofotoeda (hing). Pour over. Enjoy.
