NASEEMA KHAN'S RECIPES

RECIPE


3⁄4 cup chana flour
1⁄4 cup soji (semolina)
1 1⁄2 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
1⁄2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 full teaspoon green ground chilli
Pinch of hing
1⁄4 cup yoghurt
3⁄4 cup water
Mix well now add 1 teaspoon ENO
Make soft cake batter
Set aside for 10 minutues to froth and double in size

Grease small tray or taali
With 2 tablespoon oil
Pour batter
Steam for 15 minutues
till skewer cums out clean

Cool few minutes
Cut
Make wagaar
Wagaar
2 tablespoon oil mix with ghee (Clarified butter) 1Tblsp sugar

Little Rye (black seed).Jeeru (Cumin) (till.optional)
. 3-4 crushed curry leaves..small chopped half green chilli
...coconut..carrot..dhania (coriander)
