INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken( fillet 9 cut to burger
size fillet)
2 slices bread
1 egg
quater bunch dhania (coriander)
1 onion finely chopped
2 tablespoon chicken spice
¼ cup lemon juice
garlic
oil and butter
parsley for garnish
METHOD
wash chicken fillet and allow for
chicken water to
soak on a cloth .
in the meantime in a food processor
crumb bread ,
add 2 tablespoon garlic and blend for 30
seconds , add
chopped dhania (coriander) and blend further , add
onion blend until fine , add chicken
spice , chicken pieces and mince the
chicken
fillet , once chicken is minced , make
kebaab
balls , head pan withoil and butter , not
too much
lower heat add quarter cup lemon juice
to oil ,
add kebaab and allow to cook on low
heat , garnise
with parsley
