12 viennas 1 cup semolina1 cup flour 3 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt6 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon honey 1 large egg375ml maas or buttermilk 12 skewer sticks Oil for deep frying
Wipe the viennas dry using a paper towel. Insert the skewer sticks carefully. Mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth batter. Pour some of the batter in a glass (makes it easier to coat the viennas) Dip each vienna and deep fry in medium to hot oil. Cool and serve.
