INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour2 teaspoon instant yeast2 tablespoon sugar2 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon fine salt ½ cup water ½ cup milk sauce /chutneygreen peppers /onions (any toppings)cheese
METHOD
Rub the butter into dry ingredients. Make a dough with lukewarm water. Allow to rise for about 1-2 hours. Then roll into 2 large roti's or in a rectangle shape, place in pizza pans/oven trays. Put sauce/chutney on the base. Scatter chicken, green peppers /onions. Then sprinkle cheese and origanium on top. Place in oven and bake on 180°C till cheese melts.
